WHAT ARE CHECK-IN/ CHECK-OUT TIMES? Check-in is from 2 PM. Check-out is until 12 noon.
HOW FAR IS BEACH OR WALKING STREET? We manage and rent more than 90 properties in Pattaya. On our website you can see the location of each building where we rent our condos. You can see what's nearby the building where you want to rent our condo.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SHARE ONE CONDO? Each condo has its maximum occupancy, which you can see on its description. Or you can always contact us and ask us if you are not sure.
MAY I BRING A PET? No, pets are not allowed.
DO YOU PROVIDE BED LINENS AND TOWELS? Yes, there are bed linens and towels when you check-in.
ARE THE CONDOS AND SURROUNDING AREA SAFE? Every building has its own security guards. But as everywhere you have to be careful.
IS THE PRICE PER PERSON OR PER CONDO? The price is per condo, not per person. All guests have to respect rules of the condo and the building.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I BREAK SOMETHING? If something happened you have to contact us asap. We will arrange a technician to fix or replace the broken thing. We will charge you for the repair.
IS THERE ANY THE FINAL CLEANING FEE? Cleaning service and changing bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price. So if you order cleaning we will charge you extra money.
WHAT ABOUT ELECTRICITY? Electricity is not included in the rental price. We will calculate your electricity consumption at check-out and deduct it from your deposit.
DO YOU CHARGE ANY SEASONAL SUPPLEMENTS? The nightly rates depend on the season or holiday period. The easiest way to know the price of your stay is to use the powerful availability search function "Book Now" on our website. You will see our direct booking page with the calendar and availability. Also you will see the rental price.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES? Yes, electricity and cleaning service (if you order) aren't included in the rental price.
HOW DO YOU CALCULATE THE TOTAL COST OF MY ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION? At check-in we will take a photo of the actual electricity meter. We will take a photo at check-out again and calculate your electricity consumption. The amount will be deducted from your deposit and the rest will be returned to you.
HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING? You can book directly via our website system or contact us. All contact details are written on our website.
HOW DO I PAY? For online bookings we accept only cash or bank transfers. Before arrival we need to get 50% deposit of the total rental price to block the condo for you in our calendar.
HOW CAN I EXTEND MY STAY? Please contact us and we will check your condo availability or we will try to arrange another condo for you.
CAN YOU PICK ME UP AT THE AIRPORT/BUS STATION? Yes, of course, with our Airport Transfer Service.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO EARLY/ LATE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT? Check-in is usually from 14:00 onwards. Please note that arrivals later than 20:00 have to be notified at least the morning of the arrival day. We will leave your key in the mailbox and our staff will meet you the next day to collect deposit and do check-in process. Check-out is up to 12:00 noon. Please note that if you want to leave before 9:00 you have to inform us at least 1 day before and our staff will come to calculate your electricity consumption and return your deposit. When you will leave the condo, just lock the door and leave the key in the mailbox. For late check-out we have to charge you an extra 1 night because the condo will be blocked for you until the next day.
HOW DO I GET THE KEYS TO THE CONDO? Let us know what time you will arrive. This is phone number of our staff: +66898155060 (she has WhatsApp). Our staff will be waiting for you in the lobby of the building. She will do check-in process and collect security deposit in cash which will be returned at check-out. If you will arrive late afternoon we will leave the key in the mailbox.
WHAT IS THE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT? A security deposit will be required from all clients, to cover damage, breakage, impairment or loss to the condo or its contents. We collect 5.000 THB (for studios and 1-bedroom condos) and 10.000 THB (for 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom condos and villas). This security deposit may be required in cash. The security deposit will be returned if there are no damages at check-out.
WHICH SERVICES CAN YOU PROVIDE ME DURING MY STAY? We provide cleaning, changing bed linens and towels or taxi service.
